Adam has been using this uncommon expertise to help his clients improve their businesses operationally and financially for almost 20 years. He did this for a while as a partner with two very large search firms. Seeking greater independence, and passionate in his desire to forge closer personal relationships with clients, Adam began building his own executive search practice.
Now, he gets to do the same thing in a more creative, entrepreneurial and results-driven fashion. Clients say Adam is clear, focused, and disciplined in his approach. He hears them. He responds. He leads them to solutions. And, he’s fun to work with. One HR VP even used the word “delightful!”
In another life, Adam earned an accounting degree from the University of Illinois, became a CPA, and worked with KPMG in both consulting and audit roles. He subsequently held a variety of financial and general management positions with venture capital, innovative start-up and Fortune-ranked companies in San Francisco and Silicon Valley.
Adam contributes his time to a number of professional and community organizations. He often speaks and writes on topics of special interest to him including the Lean Enterprise, Innovation, Operational Excellence and Sustainability. He considers himself a student of executive leadership, change management and most of all, the philosophies and practices of continuous improvement.
